Stayed here with my daughter and everything was perfect. The staff was decent, helpful, nothing to complain about. The breakfast offered variety of good meals.

We had a fine experience in this hip new hotel. The continental breakfast was rich, loved it.

Recently refurbished hotel with lovely staff and absolutely fantastic breakfast. I loved that the property was 25 minutes drive from the airport.

Perfect location for visiting Reno, it's next to the highway near light industrial/car lots, the freeway...

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a fairly nice area, close to a downtrodden industrial area, the highway and the airport. The staff were all helpful and efficient. Friendly check-in, just what we needed.

Top-notch service and great sized bedrooms. Sweet staff was willing to help, that's a big plus. And it also had awesome view. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Reno.

Fancy hotel, best possible location and genuinely nice staff. Lots of affordable options for meal. An easy walk to the nice beach. Helpful service within 0.5 miles of the airport. The pool was incredible and I had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar.

Newly decorated place, rich breakfast, cozy rooms. The staff was fantastically friendly, so I would stay here again.

As for me, the area was quite dirty.

It was a comfortable base for our fun stay. Every detail, the service was excellent and the staff were easily accessible. The beach was clean.

All in all a newly remodelled hotel and such great stay. Courteous staff and absolutely perfect location! Everything was great as expected, though the bathroom was quite small. Location next to the highway and the airport and a downtrodden industrial area.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room I booked was cleaned and available with a kitchen. Everything was perfect, however a few employees were kind of rude.

Phenomenal location coupled with cheerful staff made our stay awesome. We appreciated the continental breakfast - totally savoury. Exceptional service provided there too. Ideal base for a short stay, felt like home.

Overall, the place is suitable, good enough for me. Need to add that there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Scoopers, located within 10 minutes walk or so.

What a fairly nice stay, no complaints. The room was new-fashioned, bed was lovely, breakfast was great. Loved WiFi, flat screen TV with cable channels and coffee in the room. Historic location, at a near distance from grand sierra resort and casino.

Such a really comfortable experience. All was quite clean, I liked exceptional staff and rooms. Modern decor of the room. The hotel was in a pretty comfortable area. Also, a recreational park was 2 miles away from the venue. Cozy lobby.

The hotel is fairly clean and the room is warm. Loved early check-in and late check-out. Recently refurbished venue in an easy position. The restaurant attached makes hot food.

Had an amazing time. I loved the beds, they were comfortable enough, and how responsive the staff was. Breakfast was FREE, well presented and with lots of options. The location was very easy close to casinos.

neat, nice size room and exceptional staff, free wi-fi. i slept so comfy in the super comfortable bed. found in a sketchy area. restaurant was just a short stroll away from the hotel. the pool was heated too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky to have efficient staff.

Room was good value. In a hurry we visited Port of Subs nearby. Moreover, Wi Fi throughout the property was awesome❤
